3D Modeling

In addition to traditional 2-dimensional drawings, RJR Engineering has the capability to produce 3-dimensional electronic visualizations of designs using various software packages. We have experience creating a wide range of models from simple machine components to complex assemblies. These models are used during the design process to accurately verify the form and function of the design, and are also used for stress analysis, evaluation of thermal characteristics, and motion simulation between assembly components.

RJR Engineering also has the capability to produce 3-dimensional industrial plant models that include structural steel, piping, tanks and other typical plant components. The models provide clients with the ability to "walk around" or "fly through" areas of their facilities electronically. These models are also valuable tools for assessing and planning decommissioning activities as well as for the design of new construction.
