In today’s environment, the regulations can be overwhelming.  Our goal is to work within the regulations to create a successful project and to not let the regulations be the project.  Our civil engineering staff strives to stay current with the latest techniques and regulations to provide the highest level of service to you in a cost-effective manner.  Services we provide include:

Land Development – We deal with all aspects of site design from parking lots, building location, drainage, traffic issues, retaining walls and site utilities.  We can design for one lot and can also design large subdivisions.

Sanitary Sewer Treatment & Collection – We have previously designed system for communities and private institutions.  They have been as simple as individual septic system and minor sewer extensions, to as complex as a 20,000 gallon per day with associated collection and pumping – all in an environmentally sensitive area.

Water System Treatment & Distribution – for communities, private institutions and industrial installation.  We have handled system with complex treatments such as methane gas removal and as simple as individual household wells.  We have designed above ground storage as well as pneumatic pressure systems.

Stormwater Management / Sediment and Erosion Control – Our staff has Professional Engineer and CPSWQ designations and is knowledgeable on the current guidance and regulation for economical implementation.

Dams/Ponds Design – for earthen dams and concrete/earthen dams.  Our experience also extends to manure storage and ponds/dams meeting the CAFO regulations

Hydraulics/Hydrology – Many project such as land development and sanitary & water system designs require extensive hydraulic and hydrologic analysis and design.  We are knowledgeable in the analysis of flood plains and effects that development will have on them.

Road/Bridge Design – for private and municipal sectors.  We can incorporate roads and bridges into our land development design using many different techniques including wood, steel and concrete and can be designed to be clearspan or multiple culverts.

Construction Management & Inspection – Previous projects range from Industrial to Municpal, and from New York to Alaska.  We will tailor our program to meet your specific needs.
