RJR Engineering has experienced project managers that are certified through the Project Management Institute. Our Project Management Professionals (PMP) provide the technical and managerial skills necessary to ensure all projects are managed in a disciplined manner. This allows us to provide a wide range of project management services, from simple to complex. We routinely provide project managers as lead personnel on client projects.  We can also provide complete "turn-key" project management.

Our project management services include establishing scope, engineering design, construction oversight, testing and start-up of systems and equipment. Our professionals follow established quality program guidelines and protocols. As such, we work with each client to provide work breakdown structure, resource planning, cost, schedule, project control and closing processes.

During all phases of a project, the process is interactive with the client. The projects' status is updated regularly, and progress is measured against schedule, budget and costs. Progress is evaluated using traditional earned value reporting methods and relayed to the client as needed.
